“Culus” is the ceremony to celebrate the accession of the chosen shehzade (prince). This tradition was based on the Turkish customs and Islamic Culture and possesses the trucks of the culture of the Oguzs. The culus baksheesh was given to the Yeniceri corps during the culus ceremony.
